Good to know
Does SmartFill really work without internet?
Yes. Signing, filling, scanning, redacting and exporting all happen on your phone, and the app makes no network calls. Buying or restoring Pro goes through the App Store or Google Play, which need a connection.
Where are my documents kept?
In SmartFill's private storage on your phone, with backups off. When you share or save a copy, it goes only where you send it.
Is redaction permanent?
Yes. When you apply a redaction, the text and image under the box are deleted from the file, and SmartFill checks the result. Want to keep the original? Duplicate it in your Library first.
What's free and what's Pro?
Signing, filling, scanning, redacting, markup, page tools, sharing and 3 templates are free. Pro adds profile autofill, unlimited templates, Word and Excel conversion, searchable scans, passwords and watermarks.
Which phones does it run on?
iPhone and Android phones. Tablets work too.
